Tetanus time!!

While Kari was in town, we went out wakeboarding and during my set Chad saw this big piece of rusty metal sticking out of the water. We pulled the boat to it to move it out of the way so no one else would hit it, chad jumped in and swam to it, grabbed hold and lifted it. It didn't lift, it sliced his hand open though! The guys ended up hooking the thing up to the boat and we still couldn't move it. Thankfully, we had a nurse on the boat who cleaned chad up, and Kari helped pick the pieces of rust out. Chad says i made him "look like a sissy" because i wouldn't let him get back in that nasty water with a huge gash in his hand. I also made him get a tetanus shot a day later. Your welcome my love :) OH. Chad would like me to add that there was a lot of blood, I only took pictures when the blood was gone.

My bestest friend Kari Harlow was able to come spend the weekend at home, here in Stockton. We were attached at the hip. SEE:

Happy 6th Birthday Mikayla

Our best friends Fred & Terri celebrated there daughter Mikayla's 6th Birthday at Micke Grove Park in Lodi. It was such a beautiful afternoon out, all the kids had a blast and it was soo crazy to sit back and see how old Mika has gotten. I remember when she was just a year old, time flies! It's amazing how smart and funny she's become, I can't wait to have some kids of my own!

My new Bicycleta!!

Chad and I were shopping in Walmart and went down the bike isle. I stumbled across this BEAUTIFUL light blue cruiser bike just my size! It was priced at 84$ and I just couldn't stop myself from getting it. As we were checking out, the bicycle rang up as $65.00!!!! I was soooo excited! I've added a basket to it and Chad just picked me up some slime tires and a light! Several days ago we went riding around Lodi lake and I just LOVE having a bike. It's sooo much fun!

Memorial Day Fun

Yesterday I was lucky enough to get a day off and I joined up with the group to do some boating! After we got a new battery and the boat to start, and after the sprinkles of rain we were good to go! Everyone got out to wakeboard, I did pretty well - I had a pretty bad faceplant and my neck hurts bad this morning though! Oh well, it was a fun day!
