What a day...

It was one of those days, I had to literally fall out of bed to get up, THEN, I got ready, and got back in bed until the last possible minute until I had to leave for work. Yes, half of my hair flattened. Oh well. 20 more minutes of warmth, and a comfy warm pillow, I will take it. I could hardly keep my eyes open all day...I think I'm getting sick. BUT THEN, I checked my email and I won, not 1, but TWO blog give-a-ways!! I won a cute black beanie from {trulie-scrumptious} and some pressed peony's from The Rachel Berry Blog....so, now I can go to sleep at 9:30 and feel okay :)

Thankful for the changes

So, today was our originally planned wedding day. We are both very thankful that we didn't make things work for today, Chad is beyond busy studying for Finals Next week, and I am positive that we couldn't have pulled anything off for today. Hopefully nobody knocks on our door expecting a wedding tonight. Haha. Oops. We are working on sending out Invitations for the Reception we are having May 21st, I am so excited to get dressed back up, and to be able to take some silly pictures (we are DIY'ing a photobooth). It will be amazing to sit around listening to music and eating sweets with our friends.
It is amazing to be married, most days I don't believe it, and am overwhelmed with emotion when I look back at pictures and realize that I really did Marry my Prince Charming <3
So, HAPPY EARTH DAY!

Avril Lavigne

I like Avril Lavigne, I've been known to rock out occasionally to a couple of her songs. SO, when I was getting my hair done by my FAB stylist, she showed me that she is now doing "Feather Extensions" - which I've seen severeal people have...and I really like them, so I got a striped one, and a pink one. Chad said, "You look like an Avril Lavigne wannabe!" I said, "And that's bad?!"....
I took the pink one out, because I didn't want to get in trouble at work...but I still have the striped one in, and I like it. It makes me feel hardcore. So there.




LOVE this song....Kinda wierd my husband knows that Avril Lavigne has a pink piece in her hair, dontcha think? Love you hunny :)

Pre-Dental Ceramics

Chad is taking a Pre-Dental Ceramics class at UOP, it is designed to help get Dental Students used to working with small things, and small tools. Chad had to make a tooth, and he let me sneak in to see the almost finished product today. I love seeing him in that ceramics room because he is a happy man! The stresses of Organic Chemistry, and tests, and applying for Dental Schools is gone, he just sits their with his music and works with clay. It's good to see him find something that helps keep him sane. PLUS, he is realllly good at it.

Soon to be Dr. Wierlo

Thats right! My handsome hubby is alllllmost (kind of) there! He will be taking the D.A.T and applying for Dental Schools this summer! I am so excited for him, and so excited to be able to move somewhere and start the next Chapter of our lives together. Chad is finishing up his second semester at UOP, and will hopefully be transferring to UOP's Accelerated Dental Program in SAN FRANSISCO (LOVE that place!!) Chad had the opportunity to drive down with a car of fellow classmates and was able to tour the dental school...

He was able to talk to a lot of current students, the admissions team, and the Dean. We are pretty confident that because he is a current UOP student, that he will get a little preferential treatment and will be accepted :)

I'm so proud of my man. He's in class 5 days a week, usually from 8am-5pm, and sometimes till 9pm. He is always studying, at study sessions, doing homework, or preparing for tests. Poor guy hasn't been golfing in forever, hasn't hung out with Fred or any of the guys...He is really taking this serious, and I know how bummed out he is that he can't go play as often as he'd like. I am so thankful that he is doing this for himself, and for our family so that we will be comfortable in the future. Hes my hero.

So, my luck never ceases to amaze me. Poor Chad, now he gets my back luck forever. I definitely am the lucky one in this marriage. So I bought the Cooper last month, drove it for 2 weeks before we left for our Wedding Cruise....the day we got back from the cruise, it had to be towed home because it was overheating. It has been in the shop for 3 weeks, we replaced the Radiator, and Head Gasket...goodbye scrilla ($$$). I got the car back, and the next day my power steering went out. So, I am back to not having a car. I feel bad because we have no groceries, I haven't been able to run any errands....Chad wakes up early and takes me to work in the morning, and I find a ride home from work at night (THANK YOU Cameron, Brad, and Nancy)...and then I sit at home and do homework, look at blog tutorials, wish I could go buy fabric and hunt goodwill for things to create...but I sit at home and become obsessed with: the entire season of Glee, and half of Prison Break. I just want Cooper to be better. I miss her :(

I need a silhouette

I don't think I will be able to breath much longer without it. I need vinyl, and paper, and fabric and a silhouette. I think I am just going to splurge and buy one because then I can make such cute things to put all around our house, oh ya, and I will be entertained forever.
